About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Tools Engineering & Operation team within the TSSE Digitalization Centre of Excellence. This role focuses on designing and implementing layouts and guidelines for developers, driving cost efficiency and adding value. You will play a key part in ideation, product specification, and ensuring seamless integration with market needs and user preferences.

What you will do

• Set standards and processes for tools and systems development.
• Identify opportunities for new products and analyse alignment with market needs.
• Define product specifications and design requirements based on briefs.
• Create digital or print drawings and design fully functional products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure usability and innovation.

Who you are

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong background in Interaction Design, Web Development, and Usability Testing.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Skilled in wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision) and user research.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in international, distributed teams and manage deadlines effectively.
• Holds a BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
