JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a creative content marketer with the skills to own a campaign content track, while simultaneously being responsible for customer advocacy content creation efforts. The right candidate will understand what makes good B2B marketing content while having a data-driven mindset to connect our content strategy to business results.

This person will play a key role in the Storyblok content marketing team, contributing to campaigns, customer advocacy, social, field marketing, and events content.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Content Strategy

  • Lead content creation efforts within the content marketing team, supporting and coaching more junior members of the team in content marketing strategy
  • Generate creative content ideas to support our campaign tracks—we’d love to find someone who has blue-sky thinking, stays abreast of B2B social trends, and can think beyond the ‘usual’ types of content
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Ahrefs and/or Semrush to identify relevant topics and keyword groups for Storyblok content
  • Regularly producing both short-form and long-form content
  • Briefing videographers and motion graphics experts to create videos for campaign tracks, events, social to name a few
  • Partner with the PR and communications team to produce thought leadership content
  • Optimisation and monitoring of the whitepaper and blog sections on Storyblok’s website

Customer Advocacy

  • Ownership of the case study content process, from initial ideation and customer contact, to creation and publication of the assets
  • Optimisation and monitoring of all case study pages on Storyblok’s website
  • Ensuring consistent quality across all case study pages by updating older case studies and coordinating with the Partner team
  • Planning measurable outreach strategies to garner more customer success stories
  • Defining and tracking precise KPIs for all case study efforts

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must haves

  • 5+ years’ experience in content marketing, content strategy, or customer advocacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable creative writing skills
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO tactics

Nice to haves

  • B2B tech industry marketing experience will be advantageous
  • Experience working on event content will be advantageous
  • Proven ability to follow editorial governance and coach other writers in the team to ensure content is consistent with Storyblok’s brand voice, style, and tone
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Content reporting experience including analysing data and making recommendations
  • Highly organised, reliable, and self-driven

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Case study production evidence
  • Strong English skills – minimum C1
  • Experience using Google Analytics and SEO tools
