Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Development Manager to lead our software development team. In this role, you will oversee the full development lifecycle, guide a team of engineers, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software developers
• Plan, prioritize, and manage development projects from initiation to delivery
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and project blockers
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team performance
• Report on project status, timelines, and resource utilization to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with [relevant technologies/languages — e.g., Java, Python, cloud platforms]

Compensation Range Transparency

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will fall within that range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, location, and scope of the role, as determined through the selection process.
