Requirements
Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation operations in a technology-enabled environment.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or similar enterprise applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support customer onboarding, implementation, and transition activities for Contract Logistics operations.
Configure, test, and deploy Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to design, document, and validate operational and system processes.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities, and go-live support for new customer implementations.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and process-related issues while ensuring operational continuity.
Support systems integration activities and work closely with technology teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and customer experience.
