What you’ll build:

As part of our IT team, you will contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic environment while collaborating closely with leadership. With a focus on AI transformation, architecture modernization, and innovation, you will support impactful initiatives from concept to implementation through the following:

• Maintain project status reporting — gather updates from team leads and create weekly dashboards to keep leadership informed

• Track roadmap and delivery progress — ensure plans stay current, highlight delays or scope changes, and identify risks early
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies — identify blockers, follow up on actions, and escalate issues when needed
• Support planning cycles — assist with sprint or quarterly planning by consolidating data and preparing materials
• Own process documentation — create and maintain guides, decision logs, and templates for knowledge sharing
• Monitor risks and issues — track mitigation actions and proactively highlight potential impacts
• Organize team initiatives — plan and coordinate events, offsites, and engagement activities to strengthen collaboration and morale

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Business, Finance or similar
• ~3 years’ experience in PMO, project coordination, or process management
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
• Confident communicator; able to translate complex topics into clear reports (English required)
• Proactive, identifying risks early and driving actions independently
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
• Collaborative, cross-functional team player
• Proven ownership of initiatives end-to-end
• Curious, adaptable, comfortable with technical teams and AI tools
