Job Title: Marketing Execution Senior Specialist

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Marketing Execution Senior Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location to Responsible for setting strategic and tactical marketing performance targets, monitoring and analysis of the campaigns on creation and conversion of leads into the marketing and conversion funnel, conducting deep segmentation and complex calculations using statistical and data science techniques, presenting analysis and recommendations to senior marketing leaders.
Expectations and Tasks:
Provide an engaging online experience for global audiences to generate demand, nurture prospects, support and amplify the SAP brand. Responsible for content management, search engine optimization, audience engagement, web design, email campaign development, and social media channel management. Utilize a broad knowledge of Digital Marketing services to support stakeholders in their programs. Evaluate, implement and optimize innovative approaches to Marketing by bringing in a digital mindset and collaborative approach across market units, regions and global teams. Plan and deliver content build/collection/distribution plan. Establish target goals and evaluate results for continuous improvement. Provide in depth evaluation of program results and apply tactics to improve yield and progression of visitors, contacts, or leads, depending on the program type. Consult with strategic stakeholders to understand needs, propose offerings of Digital Marketing service packages, and deliver those offerings, analysis and recommendations to achieve desired results. Analyze usage of mobile devices for accessing SAP digital properties and recommend and develop innovative approaches to make the properties more accessible and desirable via mobile device. Engage with SAP Digital Tribe and other digital audiences through online conversations to understand their needs and resolve issues. Gather business requirements to support platform evaluation. Work with stakeholders and other departments to recommend, plan and deliver tools that support the business and audience needs.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, Business Management, or related field of study and six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, Business Management, or related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
Creating interactive dashboards using SAC, Tableau, Domo, and Adobe Analytics by leveraging internal and external data sources;
Writing ETL scripts in SQL and Python to clean, stitch and analyze data across various data sources including SAP Hana, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau;
Developing and executing digital reporting and analytics to drive successful KPIs, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness through adoption of business intelligence tools such as Adobe Analytics, SAC, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP CRM, MSights, SAP Hana, SAP AFO;
Analyzing large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and outliers; and
Leading the reporting framework and support the marketing organization with end-to-end performance and ROI analysis of marketing campaigns, program effectiveness, and activity (including Paid, owned and earned media, content marketing, telemarketing).

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $96,470 - $149,600. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $100,000 - $170,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
