ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Academy accelerates the learning journey of the digital roles across the entire customer value journey to help drive growth in the cloud through high volume and high velocity customer engagements, together with the partners. As part of the PMO Team, this role is accountable for all program management and operational aspects of the Digital Academy in close alignment with the broader Academy organization.

Position title: Global Program Coordinator for Digital Academy - Early Career Talent

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Duration: Temporary up to 2 years

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Drive accountability for smooth end-to-end process execution during all phases of the Digital Academy experience (pre, during and post Digital Academy activities)
  • Analyze existing processes, define improvements, develop new processes and champion usage.
  • Manage expectations, timelines, stakeholders, communication, and risks for effective decision-making and project/program
  • Drive innovation by exploring new/current digital tools being used in the digital hub and see how it can be adopted in the Digital Academy program
  • Analyze and interpret data to understand business performance, create reports that effectively communicate trends and patterns to relevant stakeholders
  • Enable Faculty to leverage, adopt, and adhere to defined Service Level Agreements and tools such as Airtable, Mural, Canva and Canvas.
  • Actively contribute to the one team spirit. Share successes, learnings, and best practices beyond internal borders or silos.
  • Understand the basic sales and demand generation processes

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 1 year of professional working experience preferably in a project management and sales support capacity; but must not exceed 2 years of experience
  • Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
  • English: Fluent (Able to fluently understand and communicate verbally and in writing)
  • University degree

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • An excellent communicator with strong empathy and the ability to motivate and influence individuals
  • Presentation skills: Effective in formal and informal presentation settings
  • Detailed oriented and thorough when executing tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick in adopting new tools and technologies
  • Global cultural awareness and respect
  • Values Diversity; fosters a climate of inclusion within the team and when engaging with program associates.
  • Team orientation: build strong relationships at every level of the organization and act as a strong motivator within the team to deliver high quality work
  • Effective problem-solving skills to deliver projects on scope, on time and on quality

  • Receptive to feedback and continuous improvement to achieve team goals.
