Role Summary
The EMEA AI Engagement Lead is responsible for accelerating AI adoption across strategic customers by ensuring effective engagement of Customer Success (CSM) and CS&D AI Adoption teams.
The role acts as a critical activation and readiness layer, bridging AI sales opportunities with structured adoption execution — ensuring that AI deals translate into real usage, consumption, and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Adoption Activation & Engagement
Ensure timely and effective engagement of CSM and CS&D AI Adoption teams across strategic AI opportunities
Drive clarity on who engages, when, and why across the customer lifecycle (pre-sales, activation, scaling)
Prevent gaps between sold, activated, and consumed AI solutions
2. AI Adoption Cadence & Readiness
Actively contribute to regional and global AI Adoption cadence forums
Provide forward-looking visibility on pipeline and upcoming AI opportunities requiring adoption support
Proactively align the right CSM and CS&D resources ahead of deal closure
Connect pipeline insights with adoption capacity and readiness planning
3. Customer Value Assurance
Conduct regular check-ins with strategic customers to validate whether delivered adoption services meet expectations
Ensure adoption services deliver intended outcomes and business value
Capture feedback and identify gaps or improvement opportunities early
4. Enablement & Capability Building
Support and contribute to internal AI adoption enablement workshops and update sessions
Share best practices, use cases, and lessons learned with CSM, CS&D, and field teams
Help scale adoption by reinforcing practical, field-ready engagement approaches
Operating Model & Key Interfaces
Work closely with EMEA CSM and CS&D AI Adoption teams & SPOCs as the core adoption engine
Ensure alignment between Sales, CSM, and CS&D to drive seamless AI activation
Act as the bridge between pipeline visibility and adoption execution readiness
Participate in EMEA and global AI Adoption cadence structures
Maintain a direct feedback loop with strategic customers
Success Metrics
Increased AI adoption and activation rates across strategic accounts
Growth in AI consumption (AI Units)
Reduced time from deal closure to value realization
Improved customer satisfaction with adoption services
Strong alignment across Sales, CSM, and CS&D teams
Profile & Experience
Experience in AI, Data, Cloud, or Enterprise Transformation environments
Proven ability to mobilize and activate CSM and delivery organizations (CS&D) without direct authority
Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams
Experience working in cadence-driven environments, translating pipeline insights into execution readiness
Customer-facing mindset with the ability to assess value realization and challenge constructively
Passion for enablement and knowledge sharing, translating AI into practical business impact
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA
