Job Description
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
Are you a highly organised professional with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in coordinating complex workflows? If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We're looking for an Assessment & Credentialing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of high-quality assessments through effective and efficient process development, co-ordination and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex workflows with multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and evaluate standard operating procedures to support operational processes.
- Coordinate and schedule complex meetings with a large number of senior stakeholders.
- Produce basic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience of coordinating complex workflows.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manipulate basic numerical data for reporting.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge/experience of design and/ or delivering of qualifications and/assessment/examinations.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience of coordinating medical or clinical assessments for a similar organisation.

In the Membership and Education directorate we work collaboratively across teams to retain and grow our membership through valued professional support and education products and services.
The RPS is the professional leadership body for pharmacy, which means we put pharmacists at the forefront of healthcare through leadership in the Education of the pharmacy workforce and through professional clinical leadership.
Our teams include Education, Professional Development, Assessment and Credentialing, Membership, Communications, Events, Support, Guidance, Library, Museum and Science & Research so there’s plenty of opportunity to develop and learn new things.
How we are currently working
RPS supports and works in a hybrid way, which means you will be able to work from home, however, there will be an expectation for collaborative face-to-face working – on average and typically this may be something between 4-8 working days per month at our London Office.
