    Job Description

Business and Enterprise Internship – Finance

    Duration: 6 months
Working pattern: Minimum 20 hours per week
    Starting salary: 40PLN/Hour
    Location: Krakow/ Cracow

At Rolls-Royce we are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.

Our Internship programmes are designed to help you build your career from day one. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues and develop the skills to make a real impact. That's Infinite Potential.

    Role overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience across core Finance processes in a global organisation. During this 6-month internship, you will work alongside experienced colleagues and support activities within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Finance Accounting & Reporting.

    What you’ll be doing:

This is your chance to gain insight into the end-to-end finance cycle within a leading global business. You will collaborate with colleagues across Finance and the wider organisation, use enterprise systems and data, and contribute ideas that simplify processes and strengthen service quality. Opportunities following this programme could include a role directly within the business as an experienced hire, subject to performance and role availability.

Through a combination of digital learning, on-the-job training and guidance from Finance professionals, you’ll develop practical skills and gain exposure to the following areas:

    Accounts Payable

    • Supporting the processing and validation of supplier invoices and credit notes
    • Assisting with matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers
    • Helping monitor payment status, supplier queries and aged items
    • Maintaining accurate records and support period-end Accounts Payable activities

    Accounts Receivable

    • Supporting customer billing
    • Assisting with monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on overdue items
    • Performing cash allocation, help investigate payment differences and respond to customer or internal queries
    • Contributing to accurate reporting and period-end Accounts Receivable activities

    Finance Accounting & Reporting

    • Assisting with journal preparation, account reconciliations and month-end close activities
    • Supporting the review and validation of financial data in line with internal controls
    • Helping prepare schedules and documentation for reporting, audit and compliance purposes
    • Working with Finance colleagues to investigate variances and improve process accuracy and efficiency

    Who we’re looking for:

    • A university student studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related subject
    • An interest in developing a career in Finance and learning about Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger processes
    • Good analytical skills, attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
    • A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, with a willingness to solve problems and learn from feedback
    • Good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in English (B2); other European language would be an advantage

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

    What we offer:

    • Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed
    • A culture that invests in your personal and professional development
    • The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.

Rolls-Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.

Closing date: Friday 4th December 2026
