The Program Manager for Change Management is a high-impact, cross-functional role embedded within our Engineering Operations organization. You will partner directly with product and engineering leaders to define, govern, and continuously improve software change management policy — helping Concur maintain compliance, reduce risk, and accelerate safe delivery at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who leads through influence, thrives in ambiguity, and brings both technical fluency and operational rigor to the table.
What you'll do
Be part of team that is responsible for:
• Defining Change Management policy and governance for Concur’s product and engineering teams
• Change management audit controls and corresponding test strategy, plan and and evidence collection in support of PCI DSS, FedRAMP, and related compliance programs
• Communicating change management policy to our product and engineering teams on a regular basis to ensure understanding and adoption
• Facilitating key change advisory boards (CABs) in collaboration with product and engineering leadership
• Overseeing planned change activities in alignment with release cadences and business operating rhythms
What you will bring
• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent education
• Many years of software product, project or program management experience
• Experience with security frameworks including PCI DSS, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, 22301
• Critical thinking & structured problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experience with basic scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell), SQL queries, Jira, Github are highly desired
• Experience with SaaS architecture and cloud platforms; AWS experience a plus
