Job Description
We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you’ll build
In this role, you will own product direction for strategic areas, with a focus on Identity and User Management, while adapting to evolving business priorities.
You will translate customer, business, and technical needs into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your work will shape how users access products, manage identities and permissions, and move through critical workflows in a secure, intuitive, and scalable way.
You will partner closely with engineering, design, architecture, and go-to-market teams to identify high-impact problems, align priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will drive product discovery, make informed trade-offs, and continuously improve how decisions are validated and measured.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within Agile environments (experience with SAFe is a plus).
- Proven ability to define product vision, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and deliver customer-facing outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in identity, user management, access control, security, or other complex enterprise platform domains (strongly preferred).
- Solid understanding of modern identity concepts (e.g., authentication, authorization, IAM, SSO) or ability to quickly ramp up in this space.
- Confidence working closely with engineers and designers to refine requirements, prioritize backlogs, and balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels.
- Experience with AI-related products or use cases is an advantage.
- High ownership mindset with a self-driven, structured approach to problem solving and delivery.
Where you belong
You will join a collaborative product environment where ideas are constructively challenged, learning is continuous, and teams work together to solve meaningful customer problems.
This role is well suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, influences without formal authority, and builds strong cross-functional partnerships. You will have the opportunity to expand your scope, grow your product leadership, and shape a product area with significant impact on user experience, trust, and business outcomes.
