The Role:

We are looking for an analytical and results-driven SEO specialist with at least 3 years background in technical and content search skills as we expand our product offerings and cement our leadership in the digital experience platform space. The ideal candidate will have experience handling technical SEO challenges and optimizing websites for performance against Google’s Core Web Vitals algorithm update.

As a demand generation team member, this person will be responsible for developing innovative and impactful SEO strategies and site search results worldwide that results in revenue increase. They will manage ongoing optimization projects and report on SEO performance. This person will create content where there are gaps, control and drive revenue organic Search with defined quarterly and yearly growth targets. This person will have to work closely with the paid media manager to ensure we capitalise on high intent keywords via organic, so we can spend our budget more efficiently.

They must be passionate about data storytelling, data visualization, testing and experimentation, and using data to drive revenue growth.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for day-to-day website management content updates, which includes ensuring web content adhere’s to the organization's content, SEO, and site governance strategies and best practices

  • Participate in the creation and deployment of online and digital content in a variety of formats

  • Optimize the user experience across our digital properties, looking for ways to improve our conversion rates across our global regions

  • Own the development and distribution of our routine digital analytics reports, this includes ongoing improvement of these reports to maintain their relevance

  • Collaborate with others within the organization’s marketing teams to ensure digital teams initiatives are executed

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

  • Collaborate with others within the organization’s marketing teams to ensure digital teams initiatives are executed (i.e., working with partner marketing to ensure partners are linking to promoted pages, etc.)

  • Work closely with the DG and Content teams to define and align keyword strategy based on content strategy, including on a regional level when needed

  • Communicates keyword strategy and keywords to various marketing groups across the organization to align on strategic topics where content is needed

  • Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation, Paid Media, Content, and Web teams to facilitate the gathering and reporting of website performance data. Responsibilities include pinpointing crucial metrics, analyzing data, and offering strategic recommendations based on insights and learnings.

  • Partner with the Web team to identify, prioritize, and solve issues that impact or inhibit our performance and growth

  • Serve as main point-of-contact as needed for projects that Digital is working on, on behalf of other departments within the organization

  • Other duties as assigned

We'd love to hear from you:

  • Data analytical skills

  • Experience with web testing frameworks

  • Proficient in GA4 and Looker/ Data studio

  • Can create content and brief content writers

  • SaaS experience would be nice to have, but not critical

  • Experience with using Salesforce and Hubspot on a day to day basis

  • Experience using a CMS (content management system)
