Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

You’re comfortable working with sales and operations teams to drive results. You thrive working in a fast-moving environment and always use facts & data to make decisions.

  • You’ll partner with major accounts to deliver events, custom campaigns and bespoke user journeys to drive apprentice applications

  • You’ll own the B2C Partnerships strategy, partnering with non-profits and mission aligned organisations who have access to young and diverse talent.

  • Develop a conversion-led intervention framework, knowing what levers you can pull to fulfil the most challenging deals (e.g., how we can inspire 150 young apprentices to apply to a major Tech client, in a new UK region in 3 months)

  • You’ll bring a best in class test & learn approach to improve channel performance Collaborate with CRM and Growth teams to drive conversion from first point of contact with the website

  • Work closely with global sales leaders to understand our GTM strategy, product suite and apprentice and client needs

  • You’ll lead our future strategy to turn B2C users trying the Multiverse learning platform into visible opportunity for the sales team
