Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,000 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 12,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Revenue Operations Director to design, implement, and manage our revenue operations processes. You will lead our current sales ops & analytics teams, and will be an integral partner to our GTM leadership. You will work with cross-functional partners (including Strategic Finance, Data & Insights, Marketing, Legal, People, etc.) and be key in driving enabling tools/processes to optimise our sales motion and ability to generate revenue.

Specifically, you will:

  • Build a world-class team for the full range of revenue operations, including sales ops, customer success ops, and strategy and analytics that support and accelerate the success of MV’s GTM team.

  • Design and own the overall GTM systems topology, including the interconnection of all GTM and non-GTM systems and data flows.

  • Partner with GTM senior leadership and cross-functional leaders to optimize existing processes and workflows, and build out the systems and tooling infrastructure, including vendor evaluation and implementation.

  • Take ownership of the overall Salesforce solution design, formulating effective strategies, and ensuring the full utilization of features to support business needs.

  • Define and execute our Revenue Operations playbook, on the path for “best in class” operational rigor and focus on moving the org to a scalable and efficient state

  • Define metrics, build systems and processes to measure performance of post-sales operations including capacity and utilization models for implementation teams, accelerating time to go live, and retention metrics for customer success teams.

  • Collaborate in partnership with our CRO and senior sales leaders to drive annual planning cycles - this includes ownership of our productivity plan, creation of incentive/commission plans across the team, and territory mapping.

About you:

  • Have 10+ years of demonstrated experience in revenue operations teams, including data & strategy teams, with specific experience building workflows from scratch and integrating different systems together

  • 5 years of leadership experience, which will include 2nd line leadership

  • Deep domain expertise with revenue systems (Salesforce) and GTM tools such as Gong, Lusha, Outreach, etc.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate complex information to cross-functional leaders and executives

  • Extensive experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners

  • Proven record of leading a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams

Benefits:

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 7 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days and 4 company-wide wellbeing days and 8 bank holidays per year

  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Gympass and access to Spill - all in one mental health support

  • Hybrid & remote work offering - with weekly or monthly visits to the London office and the opportunity to work abroad 45 days a year

  • Team fun - weekly socials, company-wide events and office snacks!
