The Opportunity

Join the Multiverse Team as our Compensation Strategy Lead!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for shaping employee experiences using Comp and Reward? Do you thrive on creating revolutionary outcomes and driving innovation? If so, we want you on our People Operations team!

As the Compensation Strategy Lead at Multiverse, you'll be at the forefront of crafting an intelligent, competitive, and engaging compensation philosophy. You'll work closely with our VP of People and Talent and our Senior Leadership team to create a dynamic environment that attracts and retains top talent from around the globe.

🔍 What You'll Do:

  • Own Our Compensation Philosophy: Develop a fair and equitable compensation framework that sets us apart in the market.

  • Customise for Success: Tailor compensation strategies for different areas of the business to maximize performance and competitiveness.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Conduct deep analysis and benchmarking to ensure we're always ahead of the game.

  • Empower Our Team: Create a shared language around compensation and enable managers to speak about it confidently.

  • Ensure Compliance and Transparency: Implement auditing processes and reporting calendars to maintain compliance and transparency.

  • Drive Engagement: Lead our semi-annual salary reviews with a compelling and transparent approach.
