Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity

Our Coach Enablement team plays a crucial role in bridging our Learning Team's innovative learning products with our coaching team's direct interaction with apprentices. We empower our coaches to deliver top-tier learning experiences by developing cutting-edge tools, training, and resources. Our aspirational vision to continue evolving highly engaging, tech-enabled solutions at scale is at the core of our approach.

The Instructional Enablement Lead will build training for coaches to develop excellent instructional delivery skills. You’ll be working closely with leaders and stakeholders in the Coach Enablement Team and the Delivery Team to assess needs across our global coaching team, and build scalable, rigorous training to ensure consistent, excellent coach quality. This will include and develop our use of advanced platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools like Articulate for learning design, and integrating AI-powered tools to enhance the learning process.

Specifically, you will...

  • Use data and input to prioritize the design and build of training modules

  • Design and build training modules for significant events in a coach’s journey, such as 1:1 coaching sessions, Large Scale Delivery or Progress Reviews. Training models will include live, async and hybrid formats.

  • Design and build training modules for core coach competencies, such as stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, or data-driven decision-making

  • Build pre-assessments, post-assessments, and rubrics, and monitor data to inform planning

  • Invest and enable Program Leads to use the training modules with their coaches effectively

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs to iterate on training modules

About You

  • 5+ years of proven impact in either commercial Learning and Development or Educational Instructional Leadership in a high-performing environment. Experience with both a bonus.

  • Experience building highly engaging tech-enabled training at scale, including but not limited to the use of an LMS, learning design platforms such as Articulate, and AI tools

  • You’re superb at designing rigorous and engaging content but can also facilitate it to an exceptional standard using a variety of tech-enabled and AI tools.

  • You’re an effective and persuasive communicator with a keen eye for detail, and can confidently navigate difficult conversations with peers and senior stakeholders with both clarity and warmth

  • You’ve got a strong operational skillset, and are highly effective at managing and reporting against priorities in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment, in collaboration with a cross-functional and distributed team

  • You are passionate about social and economic mobility and the goal of ensuring that all people, regardless of background, have access to the best opportunities.

Benefits

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 7 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days and 4 company-wide wellbeing days

  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Gympass and access to Spill - all-in-one mental health support

  • Hybrid & remote work offering - with weekly or monthly visits to the London office and the opportunity to work abroad 45 days a year

  • Team fun - weekly socials, company-wide events and office snacks!
