How You'll Make An Impact:

Boomi is seeking a Director, Global Enablement Programs to lead the development and execution of our enablement programs strategy for the revenue organization. In this role, you will ensure consistency in skill-building, sales methodology adoption, and change management across the revenue organization. As a strategic leader, you will develop a visionary roadmap, oversee key global initiatives, and collaborate with the segment and regional enablement teams to ensure impactful, localized delivery.

You will be responsible for some of our highest-impact enablement initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to drive productivity and performance across the global sales organization. We are looking for an innovative, hands-on leader who thrives in building from the ground up and is passionate about driving both personal and organizational success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Global Enablement Initiatives: Oversee the design and execution of high-impact enablement programs, including sales methodologies, tailored onboarding frameworks for specific roles, and enablement events like Revenue Kick Off, ensuring alignment to business objectives and scalability across the organization.

  • Operationalize the Enablement Function: Establish a scalable operational framework for the enablement function, standardizing processes, tools, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency in program delivery across regions and teams.

  • Develop Onboarding and Continuous Learning Programs: Create a comprehensive global onboarding strategy that adapts to evolving business needs and accelerates the ramp time for all sales roles. Additionally, establish continuous learning programs to ensure team members regularly refine their skills, stay aligned to revenue goals, and maintain role mastery throughout their careers.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Segment and Activation Enablement team, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align enablement programs with business goals and deliver impactful outcomes at both global, regional and segment levels.

  • Drive Execution & Prioritization: Set clear priorities for enablement initiatives, collaborating across global enablement teams to drive execution and ensure alignment with overall leadership objectives.

  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor emerging trends in IPAAS and within the Boomi ecosystem to ensure enablement programs remain relevant and deliver ongoing value to the business.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders, ensuring alignment on enablement priorities and seamless execution of programs.

  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Prepare and present QBRs to report on program performance, highlight successes, identify areas for improvement, and drive team alignment.

  • Product Enablement Framework Development: Design and implement a comprehensive product enablement framework that equips sales and pre-sales teams with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively communicate product value and technical readiness. This includes developing training modules, product certifications, and ongoing support mechanisms to ensure teams are well-prepared to represent new and existing products.

  • Content Management and Strategy Optimization: Oversee the creation and management of enablement content, ensuring it is easily accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with Boomi’s value messaging and business objectives. Develop a content strategy that leverages various formats (e.g., playbooks, training videos, FAQs) to enhance learning and retention, and ensure consistent messaging across all enablement materials.

  • Measure Program Effectiveness: Define a measurement strategy and track key success metrics for enablement initiatives, using data insights to continuously refine and optimize programs.

Who You Are:

  • Enablement Expertise: Proven experience leading global enablement programs, preferably within an iPaaS or SaaS technology environment.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team of individual contributors and managers.

  • GTM Knowledge: Background in sales, customer success, or GTM leadership roles with a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating and leading in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a track record of achieving results.

  • Learning & Development Knowledge: Deep understanding of adult learning principles, enablement technologies, and change management.

  • Communication & Influence: Strong communicator and influencer with the ability to engage senior leaders and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Data-Driven: Able to use data to measure and report on program effectiveness, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate business needs into scalable enablement programs that drive impact across the global revenue organization.

  • Resilience & Agility: Thrives in managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving business environment.

The Experience You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Enablement or Field-facing roles

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing teams

  • Strong leadership communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience with Enablement and sales tools Salesforce, Gong, CMS and LMS, Articulate Rise

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of leadership.

  • Experience with risk management and mitigation.

  • Knowledge of best practices in adult learning and enablement for revenue team members

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $165,000 - $205,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
