What will I be doing initially?
In the first 6-12 months of your role, some of your responsibilities will include:
📝 Forming part of design teams for new projects.
⏳ Playing a project management role in client projects.
⬆️ Maintaining and upgrading our existing game materials.
👾 Creating new game materials for our clients.
👨💻 Helping to support our programmes.
🎓 Ensuring game designs achieve client learning objectives
🗣️ Taking part in development discussions with software partners.
What could I be doing in a year’s time?
It all depends on your progression, but after 12 months we’d hope to give you some of these additional responsibilities:
👩🎨 Be the creative lead for projects, owning the whole process and its outcome.
👩🏫 Creating and running discovery and design workshops for clients.
🔬 Building prototypes of new games in a no-code environment.
✏️ Designing new features & functions for our games based on player feedback.
👾 Creating new game materials and maintaining existing ones.
📊 Managing the efficiency and profitability of products and projects.

What would make me stand out?
🎓 Experience in or demonstrated interest in corporate learning or other training environments.
✏️ Capability across the Adobe Suite (Illustrator and XD are used most often in our process) and alternatively, experience in Figma would be a bonus.
📋 Experience in using project management tools (Monday.com, Jira)
🏃♂️ Understanding of agile development.
👩🎨 Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

What can I expect to be paid?
💸 Base salary of between £25,000 and £32,000, depending on experience. Additional bonus of up to 10% of your salary for hitting company-wide and functional targets.
