THE OPPORTUNITY

The Head of Content Partnerships is a new role on the Learning team. This individual will drive the meaningful acceleration of our product roadmap through content partnerships. They will both create and execute on a repeatable, scalable playbook to form and maintain strong relationships with partners around the world.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and build partnerships with EdTech organizations, top content creators, and higher education institutions from around the world whose assets can meaningfully accelerate our roadmap; success will be measured first by the volume and then by the revenue generated by new content

  • Build and maintain a robust, international network of educational professionals and connections to high growth businesses

  • Act as thought leader, representing Multiverse’s Learning team and position externally through written content, speaking engagements, and conferences

  • Build repeatable, scalable playbook for content partnerships and engagements; track KPIs for existing partnerships and use these results to refine and iterate on the playbook

  • Collaborate closely with the VP Technical Content (Learning), VP Partnerships (GTM), and tech team leaders in the Competency pillar to ensure alignment to the broader Learning and GTM roadmaps

  • Industry expert in Learning and content with a robust network and informed perspective on the future of content creation

  • Excellence in communication - represent Multiverse’s Learning and Content perspective with professionalism, clarity, and high quality insights

  • Experienced partnerships professional, with a proven track record in every step of partnership-building from fostering relationships through finalizing commercial relationship

  • Strong execution - attention to detail, stakeholder management, organised, communication (written and verbal)

  • Background in educational products

SALARY INFORMATION

The base salary range for this role is $209,000 - $246,000. Please note if you are based outside of our hubs this range may adjust accordingly.
