Dolly Parton’s hit song “9 to 5” was a cultural touchstone in the 1980s, but its message simply didn’t stand the test of time. Especially not at Frontify.
🚌 At Frontify, you’re in the driver’s seat of your schedule. We trust you to balance your work and personal life with common sense and responsibility. Scrap the good old 9-to-5 routine if it doesn’t work for you.
🌱 We’re a team of artists, cyclists, gamers, parents, pet lovers, skaters, bookworms, skiers, foodies, yogis, and dancers — the list is brimming and endless. Having the time and space to tend to your passions, hobbies, families, and health is a workplace priority.
🤝 Flexible working means you meet your team a few times a week in one of our hubs (St. Gallen, London, or NYC). Proximity still matters as it fosters connection and culture. Most hybrid roles come to the office at least twice per week, but you and your manager agree on the primary hub and the number of office days.
