Global Sales Enablement Director

Employment type:  Full time

Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,000 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 12,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Global Sales Enablement Director to develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, as a critical contributor to the objectives of our global Go-To-Market team. • Create and oversee sales training programmes (e.g. rep onboarding programme), to ensure that sales representatives and sales leaders have the knowledge and skills required to excel at Multiverse.

  • Work to streamline and enhance the sales process, providing tools and resources that support each stage of the sales cycle.

  • Working cross-functionally with our Marketing, Learning & Prod/Tech teams, develop and maintain a library of sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials that empower the sales team to be more effective.

  • Set key metrics to assess the impact of sales enablement efforts on sales performance

  • Lead and mentor the global sales enablement team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and equipped to deliver effective enablement programmes worldwide.

  • Support our strategic account & deal planning process

About you

  • Have 10+ years of experience in sales - 5+ years in enablement-focused roles and 5+ years as a successful individual seller and/or leader, ideally in start-up/scale-up environments

  • Have a strong knowledge of tools and methodologies to enhance the performance and productivity of the global sales team.

  • Excel in creating and curating sales collateral, playbooks, training modules, and other resources to support the sales team.

  • Have a track record of driving sales enablement initiatives across different regions and markets, understanding cultural nuances and local sales practices.
