Overview of the role
Are you an events pro who loves turning ideas into unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about planning and delivering events that wow people and make a real impact.
This role sits at the heart of our Global Marketing and Communications team, supporting everything from internal celebrations to external showcases. One of the highlights? Our flagship leadership development programme, designed to grow future leaders across the globe. You’ll be the mastermind behind the events that make it all happen, whether face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid.
You’ll work closely with colleagues worldwide, senior stakeholders, and subject matter experts to make sure every detail is spot on. If you’re organised, creative, and love the buzz of bringing people together, this is your chance to shine.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan and deliver amazing events: from leadership programmes to client celebrations
- Own the logistics: everything from set-up to derig (UK travel may be needed)
- Keep budgets on track: manage costs and quotes like a pro
- Engage audiences: help identify target groups and make sure every event hits the mark
- Measure success: track ROI, KPIs, and attendance, and keep improving every time
You’ll report to our Group Events Lead and work alongside a brilliant team of marketing and communications experts. This is a role for someone who loves variety, thrives under pressure, and wants to make a difference.
Why you'll love it here:
- You’ll be part of a global team that values creativity, collaboration, and fun
- You’ll have the chance to shape experiences that matter – for our people and our business
- No two days are the same – and that’s exactly how we like it
Ready to make events unforgettable? Join us and let’s make it happen!
