Senior Programme Delivery Partner
Location: London, Arbor
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, salaried
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Delivery Partner to lead the delivery of high-impact transformation programmes that drive our strategic agenda. Reporting to the VP Transformation, you will shape and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities, measurable outcomes, and effective governance across senior stakeholders.
You will oversee programme planning, delivery, and controls, manage risks and dependencies, and provide insight-led reporting to support informed decision-making. You will also lead change management strategies that embed new ways of working, deliver sustainable benefits, and strengthen organisational capability.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
Proven ability to design, implement, and improve processes, while effectively tracking timelines, business case benefits, risks, and dependencies to support successful programme delivery.
Demonstrated experience in project and programme management, including leading global programmes and delivering large, complex projects.
Strong understanding of benefits management, from strategic planning through to benefits realisation.
Solid financial acumen, including cost–benefit analysis, forecasting, and evaluating wider financial impacts.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, particularly when managing differing viewpoints or challenging stakeholder discussions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term professional relationships.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt effectively in a dynamic environment.
Desirable
Experience working within the retail, leisure, hospitality, or digital sectors.
A recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner or APMP/PQ level) and Agile certification.
Knowledge or experience of the full lifecycle development and delivery of live attractions or experiences, such as theme park rides or live entertainment experiences.
