About Motorway

Motorway is the UK’s fastest-growing used car marketplace – our award winning, online-only platform connects private car sellers with over 7,500 verified dealers nationwide, who compete to offer the best price. Founded in 2017, our technology makes the process refreshingly easy, earning us an 'Excellent' Trustpilot rating with over 70,000 reviews. We're not just building a platform; we're changing how people sell cars.

Backed by leading investors like Index Ventures and ICONIQ Growth, and following a successful $190 million funding round, we're on a mission to transform the used car market.

About the role

As the Integrated Marketing & Go-To-Market Manager, you will be a strategic driver of our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of cross-channel marketing strategies. This multifaceted role requires you to manage the development of marketing campaign strategies, launch new products and features, and ensure cohesive messaging across both B2C and B2B touchpoints.

You will be instrumental in identifying and managing opportunities for synergy across the marketing team, working closely with Product, Sales and Analytics to maximise the impact of our initiatives, and ensure all related teams are aligned and have the correct information to succeed. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and exceptional project management skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and campaigns for B2C and B2B.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations and Creative, to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans and marketing programs.

  • Define and track clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics for each GTM initiative.

  • Provide accurate, insightful, data-driven reporting and recommendations and conduct thorough post-launch/campaign post-mortems to inform future strategies.

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment, collaboration and consistent communication across all teams.

  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning for new launches.

  • Maintain and manage an integrated marketing calendar for all programs by objective, audience, and channels.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of all GTM activities.

  • Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and insights and translate needs into executable integrated marketing plans that improve performance and deliver on objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

  • Understanding of marketing channels and best practices, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.

  • Analytical thinking, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Ideally, experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, and understand the nuances of targeting different audience segments.

  • Experience working with creative teams and providing clear direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing assets.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, and a proven ability to develop and execute effective GTM strategies.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
