Insight into the role

Decision Tech is the B2B arm of MONY Group. We are a market-leader in providing B2B comparison services, with a thriving network of white label, API and affiliate partners across a broad range of products.

You’ll be responsible for selling Decision Tech’s white label comparison solutions across Insurance (car, home, pet and travel) and Home Services (energy, broadband and mobile), managing those relationships through the onboarding stage and ensuring success in year 1. This is a varied, fast-paced role involving prospecting, nurturing, and developing B2B relationships and requires working closely with multiple teams across the whole MONY Group. It provides a chance to hone negotiation, project management, product development, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Managing the new business pipeline (including outreach as well as progressing inbound leads) from prospect to managing the relationship throughout the first year of the partnership.

  • Cultivating strong and lasting relationships through personalised contact, and understanding the needs of their businesses.

  • Building effective internal relationships to ensure smooth delivery and ensure the partnership is being managed in line with MONY Group processes.

  • Using organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all activity.

  • Increase team profile, engaging internal colleagues with the benefits of our team.

  • Tracking, measuring and reporting on the impact of partnership activities against specific important metrics, and responsibility for hitting commercial targets in year one of the partnership.

  • Understand market insights to highlight potential growth or new opportunities.

  • Lead on RFP responses and producing high quality pitch materials as required.

What value you’ll bring to the role

  • High levels of emotional intelligence with excellent external relationship management and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record in securing large corporate accounts and developing them through initial growth stage

  • A high level of analytical ability, able to translate data into actionable insight to generate growth and new opportunities.

  • You’ll have a results-driven approach with a focus on closing deals, achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Able to work autonomously, setting your own agenda and priorities on a day-to-day basis, while also working with the wider B2B team.

  • To be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities to tight deadlines.

  • Highly resilient, with the ability to adapt to change quickly

  • Commercially astute with an ability to understand key trading levers and performance drivers.

  • An understanding of Product development.

  • Confident communicator and able to make complex issues understandable.

  • Excel skills, including formulas, look ups, and pivot tables.

  • A natural curiosity and desire to innovate and try new things.

  • You’ll have a creative approach to problem solving with strong attention to detail, always producing high quality work.

  • You'll have senior-level experience working within a digital environment and have proven experience of driving successful outcomes within a similar role.

  • You'll have a good understanding of core marketing channels, and executional considerations.

Please note: The role will be London-based (Tuesday and Wednesday in the office) with a potential requirement for very occasional travel in the UK.
