Job Description

  • Please note that this role is a fixed term contract, running until the end of December 2025.
  • We follow a hybrid approach to work, spending 2-days a week in-person, with this role based in either our Manchester or London Office.
  • The role would suit someone with experience of working with a platform or B2B experience.

INSIGHT INTO THE ROLE

Our Product community are striving to optimise our customer's experiences and drive our growth in the market. This involves collaborating closely with partner teams in Commercial, Technology, Data, and Customer. Our focus is delivering outcomes for our customers and partners.

As a PM, you will be a subject matter expert on both your product and the market context, you’ll analyse complex problems, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, use data to prioritise and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver change.

We aim to pioneer the next generation of reward & price comparison products through continuous iteration and innovation. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in redefining the industry. Help us to generate ideas and drive progress.


HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR DAY

  • Creating and championing a vision for our B2B products across the business.
  • Scanning the external market for new opportunities & risks,
  • Developing strategic and operational responses to market and landscape shifts and opportunities, providing direction to the Product team and unleashing innovation to find outstanding and hard-to-copy ways to serve our purpose and commitments
  • Working closely with Engineering, Commercial and CRM teams to deliver successful and valuable products quickly
  • Define, in collaboration with commercial & product stakeholders, the vision, objectives and roadmap for our B2B products.
  • Undertake competitive analysis and benchmarking of other B2B products and services and identifying new opportunities and risks, evolving the vision and priorities to respond.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to build, prioritise, and manage the delivery of a pipeline of new B2B partners.
  • Work with engineering colleagues to your vision into reality. Managing the prioritisation of new initiatives & features, bringing them to market quickly.
  • Report on performance against key success metrics and drive improvements against these metrics.


WHAT VALUE YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Experience in working in a changing environment, with the ability to change context.
  • Evidence and experience in defining the product vision, conducting thorough market x product fit analysis. You should be comfortable with collecting & analysing data & feedback.
  • Outstanding product skills, with evidence of having worked successfully with engineering teams
  • The ability to make critical decisions and prioritisation calls based on data, insight, value and business context
  • Exceptional abilities to engage, navigate and get support from collaborators and stakeholders
  • Good self-evaluation, with an awareness of how your performance compares to business outcomes

3. 45mins interview, with questions focused on your behaviours and how you work with others
