Salary: up to £60,000 per annum

We're seeking a forward-thinking, tech-savvy Senior Product Manager to join our innovative Product Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a customer-centric mindset who thrives on shaping the future of digital products.

In this strategic role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team of Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders. Your joint mission will be to develop high-value products and features, identify exciting market opportunities, and champion our extraordinary product capabilities.

As a Senior Product Manager, your insight will be crucial in transforming our systems, opening the door to new product development capabilities. You'll explore diverse opportunities across an array of products within our Publishing portfolio, including content platforms, apps, APIs, and product websites.

We're looking for someone who thrives on change, possesses a high degree of commercial acumen, and enjoys the challenge of solving complex business problems. You'll also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to implement go-to-market activities.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll drive the development of new products and platforms that align with our organisation's objectives. Simultaneously, you'll support the ongoing development of our product team.

Requirements:

  • Product Development: Ideally, you have four or more years of product management experience, working closely with technical development teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: You're confident working with data and content and can quickly grasp technical concepts. Experience with Python is a plus.
  • User Experience: You have an exemplary customer focus and can translate customer and business needs into requirements. You have experience developing and facilitating customer Discovery sessions and are skilled at communicating complex information to both end users and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Your excellent communication skills allow you to sell product visions to a broad audience, ranging from team members to end-users and senior managers.
  • Negotiating and Influencing: You have strong negotiation and persuasion skills, along with the ability to lead multiple projects within a matrix environment.
