The role:
As Product Manager you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15below products and modules, including:
- Applying strong commercial awareness to ensure that all new products and product enhancements are aligned with 15below’s vision and strategy.
- Collaborating with the customer community to gain a deep insight of their needs and develop products to meet them.
- Product idea creation, definition and validation – research/assess market size, customer appetite, etc.
- Creating, managing and maintaining the roadmap for your product portfolio.
- Creating business cases, identifying market size and opportunity, and ensuring all product developments have a clear ROI and will deliver customer value.
- Supporting the Delivery Team in creating detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, from MVP to product maturity, ensuring products are deliverable and supportable.
- Working with the Commercial team to devising/refine go to market plans, commercial models and fee structures for new/enhanced products.
- Supporting the Commercial team with RFPs, product insights informing the sales process, customer calls etc.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies that may impact product development.
- Communicating product strategy, progress and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders to gain insight, buy-in and engagement.
Requirements
The kind of person you are:
- Highly collaborative and excellent at forming strong working relationships.
- Strong commercial skills, and a track record of creating and managing commercially successful products (on time, in budget, of value to the customer)
- 5+ years in the travel industry including experience of Reservation Systems / GDS (at least one of Amadeus, Sabre or Navitaire).
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills aligned to audience needs.
- Experience of working with international clients. • Experience of a SaaS type environment .
- Experience of working with a commercial software company including working with a range of different types of projects from pure 15below funded product developments through to customer funded developments.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Creation and maintenance of commercially successful products aligned with 15below’s vision and strategy
