More about this role

As a Procurement Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to day-to-day procurement activities while developing valuable business and analytical skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Support supplier research, evaluation, and selection,

• Assist with supplier financial validation and documentation,

• Maintain procurement records in internal systems,

• Support contract administration and compliance activities,

• Assist with supplier database maintenance and spend analysis,

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support purchasing needs,

• Help resolve supplier-related issues and contribute to process improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field,

• Strong analytical and organizational skills,

• Good communication skills in English,

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,

• SAP or Coupa knowledge is a plus,

• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
