What you´ll build

In this role, you’ll:

• Support in preparation, alignment, and coordination of various strategic enablement and learning topics for deal support colleagues
• Support in the elaboration of executive presentations
• Assist in preparing information and research materials with different platforms and tools
• Take notes and memos during meetings, type documents, drafts and reports
• Manage databases and input information, data and records
• Set up, break down, organize and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms, update company calendars
• Attend company functions and networking events
• Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) currently enrolled at a university, or a university of applied sciences related to Economics, Business, management
• Computer skills: Excellent usage of tools for executive presentations, Excel, ability to work with Microsoft applications and with AI tools
• Language skills: fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
• Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, working in an agile environment, able to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
• Working at least 1 or 2 days from the office is required

As Global Commercial Finance (GCF) Operations organization, our mission is to help Global Commercial Finance community to achieve their goals as trusted business advisors for SAP's customer success.

1. Engagement in maintenance of a landing page, and enablement and communications platform and framework for Global Commercial Finance enablement platform

2. Participation in the set-up and coordination of various global enablement initiatives for Global Commercial Finance (i.e. related to Harmony Quote, new business policies, Commercial Belt, etc.)

3. Preparation of information, research, and materials with regards to commercial finance/deal support; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
