We are looking for a Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead daily logistics execution across Kazakhstan and Central Asia. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across warehouse operations, transportation, distributor logistics, SAP logistics processes and continuous process improvement.

Working closely with Logistics Operations Manager and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will drive operational discipline, support digital transformation initiatives and ensure high-quality logistics execution throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Distribution Operations

  • Lead daily warehouse operations performed by distributors and logistics service providers.
  • Monitor warehouse performance, inventory accuracy and storage compliance.
  • Ensure efficient inbound, outbound and inventory management processes.
  • Drive warehouse operational improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.

Distributor Operations Management

  • Manage distributors as operational logistics partners.
  • Monitor warehouse and transportation execution against agreed service levels.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure operational compliance with company standards.

Transportation Operations

  • Coordinate daily transportation execution.
  • Monitor delivery performance and logistics KPIs.
  • Support carrier performance improvements.
  • Resolve transportation-related operational issues.

SAP & Logistics Systems

  • Act as key user for SAP Logistics processes.
  • Support SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure proper execution of logistics transactions in SAP.
  • Support system improvements and digital initiatives.

Transactional Excellence

  • Ensure accuracy of logistics transactions.
  • Monitor inventory movements and goods postings.
  • Maintain high standards of master data quality.
  • Support month-end logistics reconciliation activities.

Process Standardization

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Create work instructions and process documentation.
  • Standardize operational practices across the region.
  • Deliver process-related training where required.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics performance.
  • Participate in warehouse and transportation optimization projects.
  • Support automation and process simplification initiatives.
  • Implement Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics standards.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation.
  • Drive closure of audit findings and corrective actions.

What you will bring

A desire to lead the future for our company and accelerate you career with experience and knowledge in:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Experience managing warehouse operations and logistics service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (MM / SD / WM/EWM is an advantage).
  • Experience participating in SAP implementation or system improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management and transportation operations.
  • Experience writing SOPs and process documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • English – Upper Intermediate or higher.

  • Experience in Central Asia markets.
  • Continuous Improvement or Lean background.
