You will use a mix of technical skill and business acumen to help Mondelez’ Finance organization build data and analytics products. The products you drive will serve decision makers at the highest levels by improving Mondelez’ measurement and insight using financial data. You’ll also improve our existing products and architecture for efficiency, performance, and scalability. As the appetite for data and insight is growing withing Mondelez, your contribution will foster the delivery of timely, relevant, and accurate insight to teams that need it. Your skills and experience will connect business leaders to data and analytics solutions throughout Mondelez.

How you will contribute

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of data-driven products within the Mondelez finance data domain.

  • Develop and lead product roadmaps in partnership with finance stakeholders, product, and engineering teams that execute on finance analytics vision and strategy.

  • Advocate for and carefully manage product and project funding including budgeting, headcount needs, and other costs.

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, resilience, and innovation in Mondelez’ finance data landscape.

  • Own the creation and management of product communication including: go to market materials such as product decks, how-to guides and newsletter articles.

  • Bridge conversations between finance stakeholders and development teams using knowledge of both Mondelez business domain and technical expertise.

  • Prioritize development items according to deadlines, business context, and technical need.

  • Think strategically and connect stakeholders use cases to technology solutions while thinking holistically about the end-to-end experience.

  • Deeply understand stakeholder needs, product analytics, and industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in data and analytics – including data warehousing, managing, and analyzing data, SQL, critical thinking, and basic understanding of Machine Learning

  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and working knowledge of financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow and basic understanding of financial metrics.

  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including a natural ability to make things happen around you while managing project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.

  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • CLOUD EXPERIENCE with data solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and technologies like Spark, and data lakes, which are often used for large-scale data processing. Experience with financial systems specifically SAP, SAC and Hyperion tools is valuable.

  • DESIGN and data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI

  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.

What extra ingredients you will bring

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in a data and analytics function.

  • 2 + years of product ownership or leadership in the development of data and analytical products.

  • Fluent in English language is required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Management consulting a plus.

  • Background in CPG industry a plus.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Travel requirements:

  • Limited travel up to 10%
