You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget according to MDLZ TGM. This includes project governance, budgeting, cost control, timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness for go live.
You will work with various project tools to maintain all tasks transparent and up to date.
You will support consolidation & reporting of all MDS Finance projects, monitor the project financials and interact with Finance towers to ensure that all reported information is complete and accurate.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Project Management

  • Developing project strategies

  • Scope definition and resource planning

  • Creating budgets, monitoring of actual costs

  • Creating, maintaining and monitoring project plans, defines sequencing of tasks

  • Organizing & driving project meetings / stakeholder meetings / partnering with cross-functional teams

  • Connect stakeholders and teams to deliver project tasks

  • Coordinating project deliverables as required & ensuring that deadlines are met

  • Managing risks and issues

  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentations is properly maintained

  • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools

  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports

  • Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live

  • Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

  • Own updates of all projects in One project list including project financials

What you will bring

  • Strong understanding of finance organization and processes

  • Consistently deliver against agreed scope and deadlines (TGM principles)

  • Managing conflicting priorities, problem solving, identifying risks and mitigations

  • Excellent Project planning and proactiveness

  • Strong focus on Costs, Deadlines and Quality of project delivery; Analytic skills

  • Development skills for data analytics tools (Tableau or Power BI)

  • SAP "user" knowledge

  • Comfortable with MS365 tools

Education / Certifications:

University Degree | PMP© is a plus

Job specific requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in Finance

  • 7+ years in Project Management (as PMO)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders including senior management

Work schedule:

Standard 8 hours a day. Regular Shift.
