Job Description:

  • Product Management overall accountability, in including lifecycle management for services and products. This will involve management of both Associate & partner resourcing
  • Managing vendor relationships and defining requirements of the vendor services
  • Provide regular reports to product consumers
  • Directly influencing the development and deployment of the product
  • Establish KPIs for products and oversee regular and ongoing data analysis to inform product evolution
  • Escalation point for any business demands, working with a variety of stakeholders across MGS & the segments.
  • Engage and collaborate, developing productive ways of working with other internal DT teams (for example: Platform, Database, Security, Processing, Deployment, Development, other BCF towers in BDS, etc.)
  • Budget management for all product area and functions
  • Role model agile behaviours & methods with customers and peers
  • Engage, build & develop the team to be positioned to contribute to forthcoming transformation projects in the ERP space.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working on SAP IT Products and Services, particularly in the Finance area.
  • Experience of Financial Operations as a business process would be useful to have.
  • Flexible, agile learner, ready to develop their functional skillset in an area which is evolving & digitalising quickly
  • Functional & technical knowledge in ERP solutions
  • Demonstrate people leadership capability, particularly in a remote & global environment
  • Able to negotiate & collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities for themselves & the team
  • Financial and Budget management experience
  • Good stakeholder management & communications skills
  • Experience in vendor management
  • ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead, engage and develop the Associate & partner team to run & enhance the existing ERP services
  • Develop capability in themselves & the team to meet the challenges we expect from ERP transformation over the coming years
  • Work with our MGS Finance & other Digital Technologies stakeholders (include partners) to increase the efficiency & resilience of our key business processes such as Period End Close, and to enhance & simplify our change processes
  • Build a trusting, collaborative 'One Team' relationship with key stakeholders within the team and elsewhere in Mars.
