You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More about this role
This role is part of our People Services team, based in our Bucharest office. You would be responsible for admin to support the MEU (European) payroll teams with focus on Switzerland, Austria and Germany (DACH). It is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to grow and develop a high-quality service to both our stakeholder teams and customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the MY Pay Team of Switzerland, Austria and Germany (DACH) with Mass loads of payroll data
- Support MEU (European) payroll teams in general administration
- Processing third party payments for various MEU countries
- Producing and Sharing reports with stakeholders
- Building relationships with key stakeholders/teams to improve our shared processes.
- Works with internal reports and statistics to authorities and other teams as required.
- Working flexibly across other teams within MEU as required
- Continuous improvement on work that is done to ensure it is done efficiently.
- Responsible for collaborating with Payroll MEU Team to understand and implement processes, and continuous improvement of Payroll processes.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience/knowledge of Payroll is desirable.
- Experience with SAP and/or Workday systems is desirable.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office package (specifically in Excel – VLOOKUP, pivot knowledge)
- Language Skills:
- English mandatory, written and spoken
- German mandatory, written and spoken.
- Attention to detail & high level of prioritization skills.
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work under remote management
- Team player that can build long lasting positive relations with direct team, colleagues & stakeholders.
