People Operations - Sr Advisor

People Operations Senior Advisor

We are looking for a People Operations Senior Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local labor legislation and company policies, and provide high-quality HR support to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end personnel administration activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, transfers, employee data changes, and termination processes.
• Prepare, maintain, and ensure accuracy of employee documentation in line with legal requirements and company policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for people-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing guidance and solutions across various HR topics.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as the technical administration of learning, performance, and talent management processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data across Workday, Creasoft, Excel trackers, and other HR systems and tools.
• Prepare regular reports and collaborate closely with Payroll and Finance teams.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to enhancing employee experience by ensuring efficient and consistent People Operations support.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Advisory.
• Good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and HR practices.
• Experience working with HR systems; Workday experience is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
