Job Description

Are You Ready to Make An Impact?

Grenade is an international active nutrition and lifestyle brand, which has grown rapidly since its launch in 2010. Driven by its strong branding, distinctive products, and highly innovative approach, Grenade has made an explosive impact in the FMCG Industry. As a market leader, Grenade sells a range of nutritional products, both B2B and B2C, including its signature protein bars and shakes.

We are looking for an exceptional Affiliate Manager, to drive profitable incremental revenue through affiliate marketing, social commerce, and brand partnerships. Providing both direction and guidance through deploying future-proof strategies that are grounded in deep insight, data-driven and digitally integrated to ensure profitable business growth and which lead to brand excellence and innovation.

This role owns the AWIN programme, manages key affiliate partners, scales TikTok Shop, and develops digital partnerships with complementary brands and platforms. The role sits within the Digital / E-commerce team and works closely with Paid Media, CRM, Brand, and Commercial teams to ensure partnerships deliver against revenue, CAC, and brand objectives.

Joining Grenade’s high-performing team, during this period of growth and brand expansion, promises to offer a unique and motivating working environment, with highly rewarding opportunities for personal and professional development.

How you will contribute

Affiliate & Performance Partnerships

  • Own and grow the AWIN affiliate programme, including recruitment, activation, commission structures, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Manage and develop key affiliate partners (content, cashback, loyalty, influencer-led publishers), ensuring incremental performance and brand alignment.
  • Monitor performance vs targets, with clear attribution, incrementality, and ROI tracking.

TikTok Shop & Social Commerce

  • Manage TikTok Shop performance, including creator partnerships, product seeding, promotions, and commercial mechanics.
  • Work with creators, agencies, and internal teams to scale TikTok Shop as an incremental revenue channel.
  • Align TikTok Shop activity with broader social, paid, and brand strategies.

Digital & Brand Partnerships

  • Identify and execute digital partnerships with complementary brands, platforms, and communities to drive customer acquisition and AOV.
  • Own end-to-end partnership execution: ideation, commercial terms, launch, and performance review.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Commercial teams to ensure partnerships are on-brand and commercially sound.

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Deliver regular performance reporting across affiliates, TikTok Shop, and partnerships, with clear insights and actions.
  • Test and scale new partner types, commission models, and promotional mechanics.
  • Maintain strong governance around tracking, compliance, and partner quality.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing, ideally within DTC, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience managing AWIN or similar affiliate platforms.
