Job Description

Automation in the Age of AI – the future of RPA. Want to be where the future is going? We are the RPA team in Power Automate and working to revolutionize how automation is done and the future of it in the world of copilots and agents. We are looking for an experienced, passionate PM leader to join our team and seek candidates who are customer obsessed and thrive in bringing products to market. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys creating clarity from the ambiguous and is extremely interested in familiar with the latest AI models and trends as well as the world of automation. Candidates should be interested and capable of working closely with external customers as well as internal engineering teams across the company.

We are a highly collaborative group, and everyone's ideas and contributions count. As a product manager on the team, you will be responsible for being the voice of the customer, product strategy, solutions and roadmap to provide customers with the value they need. This is an agile, data-driven, and fast-paced environment, where product managers are empowered to innovate and drive impact across the company.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be an experienced PM with a track record of product delivery and growth.

  • Lead a world-class product management team
  • Provide leadership and set strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan.
  • Work independently to drive large, complex programs and solutions.
  • Collaborate with design to create UI and UX that is polished and citizen friendly.
  • Drive results across multiple organizations via strong cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Drive product usage and enable customer satisfaction and retention through a quality experience
  • Maintain partnerships and drive results with relevant teams - business & technical conversations with customers, partners and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Senior-level experience in product management
  • MId-level people management experience
  • Exceptional UI, UX instincts
  • Experience in digital or robotic process automation
  • Demonstrated experience in data and AI
  • Proven ability to take ideas from conception to productization
  • Experience driving growth and innovation
  • Start up mind set. Get things done. Excel as a team. Be passionate about innovating and delivering customer value.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Design, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required
