Job Description

Overview

The Chief of Staff is a senior individual contributor and trusted strategic partner to the General Manager, Healthcare Services & Partner Success. This role is accountable for driving operational rigor, execution excellence, and cross‑functional alignment across a complex, global Healthcare services and partner ecosystem. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Chief of Staff translates executive intent into clear priorities, integrated execution plans, and measurable outcomes. The role serves as an extension of the GM—anticipating risks, resolving ambiguity, and ensuring disciplined execution across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Finance, and Partner organizations.This position is critical to ensuring clarity, momentum, and accountability across Worldwide Healthcare Services & Partner Success.

Responsibilities

Executive Orchestration & Operating Rhythm

Own and run the business operating cadence, including leadership forums, reviews, and executive rhythms
Shape agendas, synthesize insights, and drive decision‑making outcomes
Act as an extension of the GM, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and priority conflicts

Strategic Program Leadership

Lead complex, cross‑geo, cross‑functional initiatives spanning services delivery transformation, partner readiness, and go‑to‑market execution
Translate strategy into structured execution plans with clear milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
Ensure alignment between Worldwide strategy and regional execution

Business Performance & Insights

Own business performance management across revenue, margin, utilization, attach, partner contribution, and services health
Produce executive‑grade insights and narratives (not just reporting) for leadership consumption
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities early and drive corrective actions

Partner & Ecosystem Enablement (Healthcare)

Coordinate across Global SI and CSP partners, regional leaders, and central teams to ensure readiness and execution
Support the global partner strategy with structured governance, clarity of roles, and accountability
Enable scalable, repeatable partner operating models across regions

Cross‑Functional Leadership & Influence

Influence senior stakeholders across Sales (ATU/STU), Delivery, Engineering, Product, Finance, GPS, and external partners
Resolve friction, drive decisions, and maintain momentum across competing priorities
Lead through influence without authority in a matrixed environment

Communications & Executive Storytelling

Craft clear, consistent narratives for leadership, field teams, and partners
Ensure alignment and clarity of messaging across geographies and functions

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Business Program Management, Chief of Staff, or Strategy & Operations roles at enterprise scale

  • Demonstrated success operating at global / worldwide scope

  • Experience working across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Finance, and Partner organizations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive audiences

  • Healthcare and Life Sciences experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft operating models, cadence of business, and enterprise‑scale execution preferred

  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with competing priorities and high executive visibility

  • Track record of translating strategy into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and outcomes

  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Finance, and Partner teams

  • Strong background in data‑driven performance management, including revenue, utilization, delivery health, and partner contribution metrics

  • Proven success working across global partner ecosystems (SIs, CSPs), including governance, readiness, and execution models

  • Experience driving worldwide operating rhythms, executive reviews, and leadership decision forums

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Professional Services, Partner Success, or Services Delivery organizations

  • Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience, including familiarity with regulated environments, clinical stakeholders, and healthcare delivery models
