About this Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic interface with business leadership, driving the transformational people agenda for the CARE – Commercial tower. This role involves delivering end-to-end HR services, partnering with leadership teams, and ensuring alignment of people strategies with business objectives across international markets.

Who you are

  • Provide operational, tactical, and strategic HR consulting to support organisational goals.
  • Deliver HR services across multiple functional groups, including Resourcing, Reward, Payroll, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and International Mobility.
  • Lead annual HR cycle activities such as performance management, merit and bonus awards, and benefits enrolment.
  • Partner with COEs and leadership teams to implement people plans, VPS actions, and talent refresh initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, offering innovative solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to design effective programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in HR practices to elevate employee experience.

What you’ll do

  • Experience: 10+ years overall, with at least 4–5 years in HR Business Partnering for international markets (UK, Europe).
  • Education: MBA, preferably in HR, with strong HR functional expertise.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic business partnering and commercial acumen
    • Diversity & Inclusion advocacy
    • Talent management and workforce planning
    • Data analytics proficiency
  • Preferred: Experience in MNCs and industries such as IT/ITeS, Telecom, or BFSI.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
  • High energy and ability to balance governance with people agenda.
