Job Description

We are currently looking for an Business Process Solution Sales Professional (SSP) to join our Public Sector team.

We’re seeking passionate, credible professionals with a strong drive to identify, develop, and win opportunities that deliver end-to-end business process transformation. You will provide thought leadership across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, helping customers unlock significant value and achieve measurable outcomes. In this role, you’ll lead consultative conversations, shape strategic plans, and orchestrate execution of comprehensive solutions—spanning ERP, CRM, automation, and AI-driven insights—while collaborating with internal teams and partners to maximise cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in discussions with stakeholders and decision makers for customers to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Leverages whitespace analysis and partners with others to identify business opportunities within the assigned market domain, utilizing AI-driven market intelligence tools to assess trends and insights.
  • Assists in assessing solution area(s) and identifies trends to support aligning sales plays with customer demands, incorporating AI-driven predictive analytics to forecast future market needs.
  • Collaborates with others cross-organizationally and assists in the development of solutions that facilitate AI- and cloud-driven transformations for customers within their solution area.
  • Participates in sales pipeline reviews with internal stakeholders to drive forecasting accuracy and meeting sales targets, ensuring the use of AI-powered analytics and forecasting tools to enhance precision.
  • Ensures each customer understands Microsoft's commitment to secure, AI-powered transformation and aligns the customers related priorities to the customer success plan, fostering long-term partnerships through AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise solution sales, preferably in AI, cloud, or digital transformation.
  • Experience with selling CRM and/or ERP applications including Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Relationship Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management and Commerce and an understanding of how they translate into business impact and value
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Broad understanding of commercial cloud offerings, ideally including Microsoft’s cloud platform, as well as competitors and related ecosystems.
