Job Description

What you'll bring to the team

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Digital and Data Transformation programme, leading complex, high-impact initiatives that shape our end-to-end guest journey.

You’ll oversee multiple delivery workstreams, manage vendor partnerships, and drive delivery excellence across cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple complex digital delivery workstreams, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Establish and embed best practices, delivery governance, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery approaches.
  • Mentor and develop delivery managers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Champion agile ways of working across teams.#

Please note this is a fixed term role ending in Jan 2027.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Deep understanding of agile delivery methodologies and scaling frameworks.
  • Strong experience managing multi-vendor environments and delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • A process-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Agile, Scrum, PMP) are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
