Partnerships Account Executive UK

Location: London, Arbor

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Partnerships Account Executive to support the management and delivery of our commercial partnerships. This role plays a key part in coordinating partnership campaigns, supporting activations, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

The position focuses on assisting with the planning and execution of integrated 360 partnership initiatives across promotions, marketing campaigns, and events. By supporting campaign delivery, managing assets, and helping coordinate partner activity, the Partnerships Account Executive will contribute to driving engagement, increasing brand visibility, and supporting revenue growth.

Working closely with the Partnerships team, Brand team, attractions, and external partners, this role ensures that activities are well organised, on schedule, and aligned with broader commercial and marketing objectives. It is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in partnership management, marketing coordination, and campaign delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Media, Marketing, Partnerships, Brand, or a related field preferred; educated to minimum A-Level standard.

  • A flexible, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in brands, partnerships, creative campaigns, and visitor attractions.

  • Strong creative interest with the ability to contribute ideas, brainstorm campaign mechanics, and suggest new partnership opportunities.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a flair for copywriting and content creation.

  • Understanding of competition law and the CAP Code, with the ability to support the creation of campaign terms and conditions using templates.

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to firm deadlines.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a bonus.
