Job Description

Marketing Partnerships Specialist

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Brand & Experience team builds the emotional connection between Deliveroo and our customers, riders, and partners. With a deep understanding of our audience and a passion for creativity, we bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Whether it’s a push notification, social campaign, or packaging design—we craft compelling experiences that shape perceptions, spark engagement, and make Deliveroo a loved, global brand.

We’re looking for a Marketing Partnerships Specialist to join our team across UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar. In this role, you’ll support the Head of Marketing Partnerships in rolling out our regional strategy, building high-impact collaborations that drive demand and optimise our brand experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Marketing team. We are responsible for driving brand and business growth across the Middle East by developing customer-centric programs and measuring the effectiveness of everything we do to scale delivery.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the planning, management, and execution of integrated marketing partnership campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and drive measurable growth.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Global teams, local marketing peers, and Commercial and Legal departments to align partnership initiatives with broader business goals.

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our partners, maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term mutual success.

  • Pipeline Support: Assist the Head of Marketing Partnerships with lead generation, negotiations, and contract preparation for new brand collaborations.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain performance trackers to conduct post-campaign analyses, using these findings to refine and inform future partnership strategies.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Partnerships Expertise: Significant experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management, with a proven track record of managing external relationships.

  • Marketing Rigour: Strong capability in multi-channel program management and a performance-based marketing approach rooted in data-informed decision-making.

  • Communication & Influence: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic skills, with the ability to motivate stakeholders and influence internal teams.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to articulate new ideas and negotiate contracts that deliver value for all parties.

  • Regional Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Middle East (ME) region, its competitive landscape, and local consumer behaviour.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology or on-demand delivery environment.

  • Experience with CRM or partnership tracking tools to manage complex lead pipelines.
