At the heart of this transformation is Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) a critical enabler for secure, seamless and personalised interactions across our global attractions.
We’re looking for a Head of CIAM Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of CIAM initiatives, ensuring robust, scalable and user-centric identity solutions. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape the future of identity management across Merlin’s digital ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the successful delivery of CIAM platform enhancements and transformation projects.
- Lead a team of Delivery Managers, overseeing the full delivery lifecycle from discovery and design to implementation and optimisation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Cyber Security, Data and Operations teams to ensure secure and compliant identity solutions.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Implement governance frameworks, agile methodologies and best practices for identity delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Extensive background in technology delivery leadership and specifically CIAM/IAM and enterprise security domains.
- Proven track record with identity platforms (e.g., Azure AD B2C, Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity).
- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), MFA, and regulatory compliance (GDPR).
- Skilled in agile delivery, vendor management and exec-level stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
