
People Administrator - Part Time / Fixed Term

What you'll bring to the team
We have an exciting opportunity to join the People Team as a People Administrator supporting our ANZ attractions on a 6-month, part-time fixed-term contract.
This role is open to candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne or the Sunshine Coast where you will work 3 days per week, with the opportunity to flex up to 5 days per week to provide additional support during periods of leave or increased business needs.
About the Role
This is a varied role providing administrative support across both our People and Payroll functions. Responsibilities include:
Supporting the day-to-day administration of HR systems, employee records and reporting.
Preparing employee documentation, including contracts and letters.
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and inductions.
Maintaining accurate employee information across HR and payroll systems.
Supporting the processing of fortnightly payroll, including new starters, payroll administration and compliance activities.
Providing administrative support for People projects and the wider HR team.
About You
To succeed in this role you will:
Have previous experience in an administrative role, with HR/Payroll experience or exposure being beneficial but not essential.
Be passionate about people, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Have a love for organisation, administration and a high level of attention to detail.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be an enthusiastic and positive team player with a willingness to learn and support both the People and Payroll functions.
