Role Description:
The People Advisor supports the coordination and reporting of key people initiatives that contribute to the organisation’s workforce strategy. Working with stakeholders across the business, the role helps maintain accurate workforce information, prepares regular reports, and provides administrative support across a range of people activities. Strong stakeholder management, organisation and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities. This role provides excellent exposure to workforce planning and people processes within a complex delivery organisation.
This role is a .6 FTE, with flexibility on working hours per day. We encourage team connection in our operational environments and so require this role to be 60% on site
Core Duties:
- Coordinating the launch, monitoring, and submission of reporting cycles.
- Maintaining accurate people data.
- Optimising the performance of the People Function through proactive stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and the development of strong working relationships across the business.
- Contributing to a strong culture of continuous improvement through implementing effective process improvement in the reporting cycle
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Suite
- Preferable experience engaging with tableau dashboards and metrics.
- Strong administrative capability, with attention to detail in reviewing and creating reports with the ability to notice trends and differences in reporting patterns.
- Ability to deliver quality customer service to a broad range of stakeholders (both verbal & written), while being able to leverage stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service and create a positive employee experience.
- Problem solving skills and critical thinking with developed planning and organisational skills.
- Baseline Security Clearance Required
