What you'll bring to the team
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our North America Hub. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless employee experience, managing daily office operations, and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently. You will partner across People, IT, Facilities, and Leadership to support onboarding, engagement, and overall office functionality.
This is a Part Time, Onsite position working 3 days a week out of our Orlando HUB Office.
Qualifications & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including workspace setup, equipment, and Day One logistics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires prior to their start date
- Deliver Day One onboarding experience, including orientation, office tours, system setup support, and I-9 verification
- Support employee engagement initiatives, office events, and recognition programs
- Manage office celebrations including birthdays, anniversaries, and service milestones
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and functional workspace
- Manage office supplies, break rooms, and inventory including ordering, stocking, and tracking
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling, setup, and equipment readiness
- Partner with Property Management on maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency procedures
- Maintain organized storage areas and IT inventory tracking
- Coordinate employee offboarding including equipment return and workspace resets
- Partner with IT and internal teams to ensure proper asset tracking and recovery
- Support leadership with travel coordination through Egencia and expense reporting via Concur
- Manage shipping and logistics including FedEx shipments
- Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support across teams as needed
- Manage guest access, badges, and overall on-site visitor experience
- Coordinate catering for meetings and office events
- Oversee vendor relationships including office services, facilities, and equipment providers
Qualifications
- Experience in office management, workplace operations, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with People, IT, and Facilities teams
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace tools

Pay Range
From USD $24.00/Hr.
