RGM SRO - Strategic Reinvention Officer (F/M/X)

Location: Aimargues (near Montpellier)

Segment: Royal Canin

Contract Type: Permanent

The SRO for Rapid Growth Markets (RGM) will lead end‑to‑end business transformation across the region, with a focus on demand process optimization, enterprise digitalization (Salesforce, CRM, OMP, GDP), and simplifying how Associates and business partners work with Royal Canin. This role enables sustainable growth by driving process excellence, system adoption, and organizational effectiveness.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Define, govern, and continuously simplify E2E processes across the RGM unit, ensuring full process mapping and cross‑functional alignment

  • Develop and maintain a robust process framework highlighting key touchpoints, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Lead initiatives to streamline and standardize systems and workflows, reducing complexity and manual effort for associates and partners

  • Drive deployment, integration, and adoption of enterprise digital solutions (EOS, Edge tools such as Salesforce/CRM/OMP, Core systems, GDP) to enhance commercial and operational performance

  • Monitor and report process and digital solution effectiveness, providing insights, risks, and opportunities through established governance forums (LT, Program Boards, S&OP+)

  • Implement knowledge‑management strategies to capture critical expertise, support onboarding, and ensure business continuity

  • Improve enterprise effectiveness and partner experience by removing process friction, simplifying interactions, and enhancing satisfaction through clear metrics and feedback loops

  • Lead change‑management and stakeholder‑engagement activities, ensuring successful transformation adoption and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and global/regional counterparts

What are we looking for?

  • Higher education degree (business or project management preferred).

  • Program/Project Management qualifications are a plus.

  • Multidisciplinary background with experience across demand, digital, and local/regional/global projects.

  • Strong understanding of S&OP+ processes.

  • Previous experience working with leadership teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage complexity and ambiguity while optimizing processes.

  • Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
